And as for the brady bunch. They want to control guns, but what happens when a person takes a shot gun shell, sticks it into a piece of metal pipe and strikes the primer? Um you have a shotgun. So what stops a mental criminal from doing this. Gun control is like taking paxil you are putting a band-aid on a severed leg. Gun control is a half-a$$ way to control crime when the criminals need to be controlled, not objects. Hey a guy just got stabbed!! damn now i have to use a fork to cut my steak!!!

For all you scared people that are afraid of hunks of metal i have a revelation for you. The most dangerous part of the gun is not the gun. Its not even the ammo. Its the primer!!!, yes thats right, the little teeny tiny part in the back of the casing that is a little larger than a pin head. See you have to actually hit that thing with some considerable force. Guess what, the ammo is more dangerous than the gun. If you want to talk about guns just shooting people all by themselves. Damn demon possessed guns!!!!

Peter. You are saying ignorant things. I would invite you into my house, Im not threatening you, i mean really openly invite you to come in and try to find my guns. You wont find them. Nor will a robber when i am not home. So if that is the case how will my children find them? hmmm? Another thing. Once my children are preteenage they will be shooting too. Which means safety, learning to clear magazines, clearing the breech and/or chamber, field striping, cleaning, proper handling of the gun and ammo, education on how to handle lead residue and decontamination of such. Are you dumb do you think i want my child to stumble on something they know nothing about and use it like a toy. Do you think i want my child harmed by a lack of knowledge? Here we go with you needing to be taught how love works. Look, a gun is a very SIMPLE mechanical device that is a hunk of metal without ammo. If you can teach a child to drive a hunk of metal, you can teach em how to shoot one too. Heres the trick peter, you teach em…. get this.. k wait for it….. you teach em how NOT to kill someone. BING! Thats right peter, very good, you get a gold star!! even cars can be driven in a manner as not to kill anyone. It comes down to mental status, and if they boy or girl is healthy, that means no ridilin or paxil or other crap that doesnt fix things, then they can learn that its not a toy and needs to be taken seriously and responsibly, just like a car.

Mr peter schwartz, I hope you never have to experience having your home invaded, then held at gun point while you have to watch your wife being raped, then perhaps shot in the head. See these people dont buy guns legaly, they dont register them and they dont care about you. You will never see me invading your home or raping your wife because im the guy that wants to be left alone, im the guy that doesnt want to get shot by someone, so why would I, a legal gun owner have the intention to hurt anyone. But, I wont let my wife be harmed nor do I want to be harmed. I suppose you dont have anything you hold that dear, i guess you dont have a wife or kids of anyone you want to shelter or protect. Maybe you are, delusional and perhaps too selfish to love anyone enough that you are willing to shoot someone that is trying to kill you and what you love. I guess that is ok right. Its ok let him break in and run your life for you, let him tell you that you have to sit there and watch your loved ones be violated and murdered. There is no excuse for murder or rape, however there is an exception and there is only one exception, if i must murder in order to save life or limb, God forbid that that day would come but so be it. I DO NOT glorify murder, I dont want to live with that, and i dont want to carry the baggage of getting over that. But what kind of baggage would you have peter if you ALLOWED some one to come in and do this to people you LOVE. Yea i said ALLOW because that is what you are doing, pacifism is what Nazi Germany used and Communist Russia used and what Cuba and China still use to “cope” with having NO SPINE. Maybe if you find out what love really is then maybe you will find out how much that person really means to you, you would be willing to use deadly force, if you had to then i bet.

Oh yeah one more comment for JEN JEN!!! Do you know who the IRS is? Do you know how much the IRS LOOOOOOVVES your money? Do you know that the IRS knows you even more when you are well known by other three letter agencies. Do you know that the IRS knows you more when you charter an LLC, C-corp etc or have a business. Do you know the the ATF is kind of like the DEA and DHS, they watch EVERYTHING you do (if you deal guns). So with that said, if a gun shop owner, who owns a business, has his nuts tied to the ATF, and is WELL KNOWN by the IRS, how the hell do you think he is going to be open at all? Yeah im not buying that “doesnt pay taxes”. See people that can slide by by not paying taxes may try that and succeed, but a gun shop OWNER is a very high profile person in the eyes of all those three letter agencies. Well i guess i leave you to ponder hard this saying as it pertains to gun shops JEN, nothing is certain except death and taxes!!!!! think about it Jen.

You are so right, i just walked right in and the guy gave me 20 guns and i didnt have to even pay for em!! yeah, yeah, no background check, no paperwork, i never knew how easy it was to just walk out with a gun, its like buying groceries!!! and you are so right, all the little kids at the bus stop have guns, they get them from that gun shop, hell he gives them away! OH and that child molester yeah he has guns too, gee jen, how do you know that hes a child molester? did you look him up on LVMPD’s website, if so, and he is in fact a convicted offender, uumm, how do you think he got past the backround check? yeah, no. Really Jen please stop this nonsense, your character assassination of LAWFUL gun shops and owners is communist propaganda and i wont tolerate it. First you should truly go into that gun shop and try to buy a gun, you will see that they literally ATTACH YOU to that gun, even more than the DMV does your car. FEDERAL agencies are called as so are the highway patrol. You sound mental, as a matter of fact mentally unstable people are the very people that should not be near gun shops. I know the solution for you Jen, the gun shop doesnt need to move, you need to move, consider California. You will find it to me a much safer place where people dont utter the word “gun” people dont own guns and gangs, drugs, rapists, child molesters and home invasions dont exist. You cant just go to a gun show and buy a gun like it was a swap meet. The same rules apply just like buying a gun anywhere else. Wow i guess with this logic, anyone who owns a computer is stealing creditcards and hacking, everyone who owns a steak knife is a night-stalker, and everyone who owns a gun is a violent criminal. Sorry but its the the other way around, the law abiding citizens who are registered gun owners are not criminals. And to top off your flawed logic, if i really had malicious intent to kill some one, why would i wait around to get a gun if i could just grab a knife, rock, metal-pipe, hammer, screwdriver, hypodermic needle, razorblade, a car, a rope, etc, etc, i mean there are a lot of items out there that can kill people, maybe we need to bring all these other objects under the nazi control of a brady bunch bill

I’m a federally licenesed Firearm Manufacturer here in Clark co. Clark county does not allow Dealers or manfacturers to have a shop in a residential neighborhood. ATF will not issue a license unless you are in compliance with all Fed,State and County laws. The ATF does compliance checks before you are issued your license and do regular compliance checks after they issue your FFL. So you are wrong there!
Every gun manufactured has to be papered and federal excise tax paid, ATF is very stringent on this, you cannot get away with it. So again you are wrong!
The law requires a person to be 18 years of age to buy a rifle and 21 years of age to buy a handgun no parental consent is needed if you are of age. All gun sales have to go through a background check, if you are not of age or have a felony or domestic abuse charge against you, you will be denied the sale by the state Highway patrol who does the background checks.
So again you are wrong!
And finally you try to say gun dealers will sell to child molesters. Maybe the child molesters should be in jail then it wouldn’t be an issue now wood it. But then maybe your one of those people that believe they are just misunderstood and should be free.
Bottom line, enforce existing laws before you start screaming for more infringements on a constitutional right.
Honest law abiding citizens shouldn’t have to have there rights infrigened based on emotional speculation.

Outside of gun shows, I find that NV is too lax in that they have licensed a gun shop in a residential area where he sells and manufactures guns, 1/2 of the guns have paperwork – other 1/2 does not to avoid paying taxes. The shop also doesn’t require parental consent for kids to buy guns. Across the street, there lives a kidnapper/child molester. In front of the shop and this molester, CCSD so kindly put all of the school bus stops. So, kids can get guns….molester can get guns if he is in the 1/2 that is not filed for taxes and the unarmed kids are are risk? This is okay??? I am sorry, but something really should be done about situations like this.

What nobody here is addressing is the fact that within countries that have banned the possesion of all firearms for it’s lawful citizens, the violent crime rate has skyrocketed, doubling and tripling in most case. Just look at What has happened in Austrailia and the U.K. It seems to me that there are so many people who have no real awareness of firearms who are chomping at the bit to take them all away from everyone else who owns them legally. Look at the percentage of crimes that are committed by Concealed Carry Permit holders here in America. Next to nothing.
If that were not true, then how come we have 4/5th’s of our states that issue CCW permits for it’s citizens who can pass a background check and qualify with their chosen sidearms? The next time you hear of a shooting that is gang/drug/felony related, as yourself how many of those are committed by law-abiding, legal gun owners.
