And there isn't nearly as much traffic at night as in the day. It's safer for the workers and the drivers because of less traffic. on the east coast they did all their road work during the night, because it was cooler and the traffic issues. i don't mind construction, but construction that takes a lifetime to complete? that's rediculous why can’t the road work be done at night, it’s cooler, the workers don’t have to work in the intense sun.
