I think another year or so... because they are going to widen MLK. The city is starting the widening right near the off ramp... it's a major project because old utilities need to be moved. They figured they would keep the off ramp closed while the project on MLK takes place... then once it's done... all of it will open. So the ramp is fine... it's the actual road, MLK, that is forcing it be closed. The project on MLK started a couple weeks ago.
