		<description>I agree with you, Dayna. One intersection that needs traffic signals installed badly is Russell Road and Fort Apache Road (SW area). My husband and I drove by our old neighborhood to see what new developments had gone up (there have been so many, the neighborhood was almost unrecognizable) and could see that they were starting to put traffic lights up at the still 4-way stop (more than two years later since we moved away). It was a nightmare.

I don&#039;t think people understand the rules of 4-way stop intersection, especially when there are more than one lane going in each direction. I drive through four of these intersections to work each day and it can be frustrating but I just try to be patient, late to work or not (it&#039;s a good thing my boss is understanding).

I would rather be late than be involved in an injury or fatal accident.</description>
