		<description>I am so upset about people not understanding roundabouts!!!! I read the above rules, but the signs posted in Summerlin sometimes tell you to exit from the center lane. How is the public (who is generally stupid) supposed to know that it&#039;s not okay at other times? I was just honked at rudely by a man who was pissed because I didn&#039;t exit when he wanted me to. Apparently he wanted to exit from the center lane and I blocked him. Stupid! I think signs need to be posted at EVERY roundabout that say not to exit from the center. Roundabouts are great, but in the US, people just don&#039;t understand them!!!</description>

1. As you approach, choose which lane to use as you would for any other intersection. Use the
left lane to turn left, complete a u-turn or go straight. Use the right lane to turn right or go
straight.
2. Yield. Those in the roundabout have the right-of-way. Wait for a gap in the traffic.
3. All vehicles in the roundabout travel in ONE DIRECTION – counterclockwise.
4. Never change lanes. If you are in the inside lane and miss your exit, you must continue
around until you reach the exit again.
5. Use your right turn signal when exiting.

#4 says &quot;Never change lanes&quot;
According to metro police: &quot;You need to get over to the right to make a right.  You also need to yield to anyone that is in the right lane before you change.  Or, you should simply go around again until it is safe to change lanes. &quot;

I think DMV and metro need to come together on the rules because they&#039;re clearly contradicting each other...then a little public awareness campaign would go a long way!</description>

		<description>I can&#039;t stand driving through these roundabouts. I was just talking about this yesterday. A few years ago an incident happened where I had to take an injured friend to Summerline Hospital &amp; there were so many damn roundabouts my friend almost died as we were searching for that hospital. I wonder how many people have endured 10 or 20 more minutes of pain on the way to that hospital? I&#039;m sorry but those roundabouts seem extremely DANGEROUS. I think if they gotta have them you should be able to see on the other side. Instead they have a huge hill in the middle blocking your view. Roundabouts are the main reason why I avoid Summerlin COMPLETELY!</description>
