How stupid can this kid be? Stupid or Evil. First, arrest his parents. They should go to jail for raising a kid this stupid. Second, this kid should be removed from free society for the rest of his natural life. He is a danger to himself and others. A rubber room would keep him and our children safe. Third, if you don't agree with my first two suggestions, how about a one way ticket to Afganistan so he can have a little fun with that gun.
