Police are investigating the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy who died after he was shot in the stomach.

Police were called to an apartment in the 1400 block of North Sandhill road on Tuesday afternoon. Detectives were told the victim had a gun and when another boy, a 17-year-old, attempted to take it from him, the gun went off. 1. My heart goes out to all those who loved Chris P. It hurts my heart to see all those who mourn his passing. I pray that this community will come together and stop the violence.I pray that justice will be served. (My heart also goes out to the other family.) Love God, love your neighbors…it’s sad that we can no longer help someone who walks down the street with possible car trouble but we don’t know if it’s a set up to be robbed. We do have authority over evil. With Christ all things are possible. May God comfort Chris’ family and love ones. God bless you (us) all!!! Forgive. (I forgave the person who murdered my sister.) It may take some time.

  3. My self and a friend what to start a nofor profit organization to help women and there childeren have better lives. So we do not have to here the same old excuses. That I am poor or I was working, the only reason why this kids turn to drugs and killing is because they are probley being abused at home in one form or the other. I know because I was one of them 30 years ok. Now I am a mom and I go to school and work. I now it is not easy for any parent to rise there children. There sould be a mantorey law that any one expecting a child sould go to a parenting class at least once. I am so sorry for the lost of the boy that died and the childeren that felt they had know other oppitions but to kill him
