rob_01_180.jpgMetro Police are investigating three robberies throughout the valley and they’re asking for the public’s help.

On December 23 a suspect entered a convenience store at Flamingo and Arville.

Police say the man grabbed some food before walking to the cashier.

When the cashier opened the register, the suspect pulled out a gun and wanted money.

The cashier gave the man money and the suspect then left the store. Police are asking the public for any details about the suspect.

rob_03_180.jpgAlso in December, police say there was a string of bar robberies in the Las Vegas Valley.

Police have arrested a suspect named Adrian Wright in those robberies, but they’re still looking for a second suspect.

He is described as a black male, 20-25 years of age. He is 5′08″ tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds.

Police say he and Wright robbed the Peppermill Bar and Lounge, along with other locations.

Finally, on January 4, police say a white man entered a pharmacy in therob_05_180.jpg area of Tropicana & Rainbow.

The suspect shopped for about 10 minutes. He then approached the pharmacy counter, displayed a gun in his waistband and told the clerk he would shoot him in the head if he didn’t give him all the Oxycotin and Xanax.

The clerk gave the man the drugs and the suspect then left the building.

Robbery detectives say this same man committed a bank robbery on December 19, 2007, in the area of Durango & Flamingo. In both incidents, the man is wearing a dark baseball cap, glasses and black jacket.

The Metro Robbery Section is asking the public’s assistance in identifying these men. If you have any information, call Metro Robbery at (702)828-3591 or Crime Stoppers at (702)385-5555.
