Police are looking for a road rage suspect who shot at a couple, leaving the woman in critical condition. It happened on Sunday on US-95 south of Lake Mead in the southbound lanes.
Police say two cars pulled over and the drivers started arguing when the suspect went to the back of his vehicle, pulled out a gun and fired it before taking off. A female inside the car was shot and transported to UMC with life threatening injuries.
They are looking for a 1990's faded burgundy Jeep Cherokee with possible bullet holes in the passenger side tailgate, fender or window. The Jeep had dark tinted windows and paper plates.
The suspect in the Jeep is described as a white or Hispanic male in his mid 20's, 6'1″, 220 pounds with short spiked brown hair.
