One of the teens jailed in the fatal shooting of a Las Vegas high school freshman is expected in court this morning.
Nineteen-year-old Ezekiel Williams could learn whether he will get bail. The state is fighting against releasing him from jail.
Williams and 16-year-old Gerald Q. Davison face murder and other charges in the Feb. 15 slaying of Christopher Privett.
As it turns out, Williams was arrested by North Las Vegas police six months ago on allegations that he had a gun in his car.
That's according to court records.
