Eyewitness News has uncovered new information about the shooting outside Palo Verde High School last Friday.
Fifteen-year-old Chris Privett was killed in a drive-by shooting. Ezekiel Williams was the alleged driver during that shooting.
In an arrest report obtained by Eyewitness News, Williams admits to police he tried to hide the gun immediately after the shooting, plus get rid of other key evidence.
Nineteen-year-old Williams was arrested earlier this week on one count of accessory to murder and three counts of accessory to attempted murder. In the report, Williams admits to police that he tried to clean up some of the evidence after 16-year-old Gerald Davison allegedly fired the gun from inside the car.
Williams also told police that he put the car's floor mats in the trunk and wiped down the interior of the car with bleach to get rid of any gun residue. He also admitted to throwing out a bullet casing. A friend of Williams was then given the gun and asked to clean it. Williams attorney Brent Bryson says he hasn't read the police report, but needs to make sure it's correct.
