Detailed plans for a giant master planned community in Summerlin, were unveiled Tuesday.

Plans for “Summerlin Centre” include a 100-acre community hub that combines retail shopping, dining, office space and a hotel and residences.

All of that will be surrounded by a series of grand public plaza's called Summerlin Square.

Summerlin Centre will be located northeast of the intersection of the 215 beltway and Sahara.  Construction will begin in spring 2007 with a grand opening slated for fall of 2008.
