1 Dead After Bus Stop Crash

A person waiting for a bus is dead this morning after an SUV crashed into the bus stop in southeast Las Vegas. One other person with injuries was taken to the hospital.

The accident happened around 5:30 a.m. at Boulder Highway and Flamingo. Police have closed northbound Boulder Highway at Flamingo to traffic while they investigate.

The driver of the SUV was not injured and is being questioned by police. He has been given a field sobriety test, but the results are not yet available.
