Surveillance video captured an unusual crime in North Las Vegas, and now police need your help finding the people responsible.

A truck pulled up to the vacuum system at the Shag's Car Wash, which is near Ann and Simmons. That's when the driver got out, put a chain around the vacuum cleaner, and drives off.

The truck has a large dent on the right side of the truck, a silver tool box, and a large number 3 on the driver's seat.
