On the morning of September 5, Metro Officers responded to Bally’s Hotel and Casino after getting reports of a possible stabbing inside the main entrance.

Officers and medical personnel arrived and found 24-year-old Talesha Jamerson had been stabbed in the throat and was being treated by Hotel employees.

Jamerson was transported to Sunrise Hospital where she died from her injuries.
