Police are investigating the stabbing death of 57-year-old Alfred Davis.

Davis died after being transported to UMC Trauma.

No other details have been released.

Police are investigating the shooting death of 25-year-old Antonio Mooney.

He died at UMC Trauma after being shot in the back.

No other details have been released.

Police are investigating the shooting death of 36-year-old Sergio Quezada.

He died at Sunrise Hospital after being shot in the back.

No other details have been released.

Police are investigating the shooting death of 17-year-old Johnny Boyd Eagletail.

He died at UMC on June 2, 2008.

No other details have been released.

North Las Vegas Police are investigating the shooting death of 17-year-old Crystal Anderson.

Officers say on the afternoon of June 28, they were called to a house on the 2100 block of Turtle Beach to investigate a suspicious situation. Officers say they got a call from a man reporting a gunshot inside his home. The man investigated the noise and saw his roommate, 41-year-old Servando Ruiz-Gonzalez, leaving the area. When the man went toward Ruiz-Gonzalez’s bedroom, he saw a body lying on the floor.

Police arrived and found Anderson in the bedroom, dead from a gunshot wound.

Ruiz-Gonzalez later called police from Boulder Station to report the crime. He was taken into custody at the hotel and booked on one count of murder with a deadly weapon.

On the night of June 23, the Metro Dispatch Center received a call from person reporting that a man had been stabbed. The caller was in a car and requested directions to the nearest hospital. Dispatchers directed the caller to Sunrise Hospital.

Minutes later, the person arrived at Sunrise with 27-year-old Adan Moreno. He had been repeatedly stabbed. Moreno succumbed to his injuries and died.

The investigation found the victim and a female friend were visiting in the 100 block of West Chicago when they were accosted by two men. The men allegedly attacked them and repeatedly stabbed Moreno. The female friend was then able to transport Moreno to Sunrise Hospital.

The suspects were identified as 24-year-old Sergio Ramirez and 26-year-old Paul Morgan, both are Las Vegas residents. Detectives identified the two suspects and arrested them without incident in the area of East Sahara and Van Patten Street.

Both were booked into the Clark County Detention Center on the charges of Murder with a Deadly Weapon, Kidnap 1st Degree with a Deadly Weapon and Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and are currently being held without bail.

Police are investigating the death of 45-year-old Beverly Dorsey. She was found in an apartment on the 300 block of east Desert Inn.

The Coroner’s Office says she died from blunt head trauma.
