April 26, 2008 – 4000 Block of Tully

On the night of April 26 Metro officers responded to reports of shots being fired in the 4000 block of Tully street. When they arrived, they found three people shot. 22-year-old Tyrence Anglo Dunson was deceased in the street.

The remaining two victims were transported to UMC where one was treated for a gunshot wound to the left ankle and the other for gunshot wounds to the back.

Both of the victims are expected to make a full recovery.

Homicide detectives were called to the scene and have determined that the victims were headed to a party in the area, when they were confronted by three to four black male adults driving a gold Hyundai.

The occupants of the vehicle yelled out gang propaganda and began firing at the victims. The vehicle then fled in an unknown direction.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 385-5555 or the LVMPD
Homicide Section at 828-3521.
