Clifford McClain was bound over to District Court. He was not taken back into custody.

His next hearing will be in District Court 12 on April 22 @ 10:30 a.m.

I wish not to upset anyone on here for this is to show respect but i just wanted to say i am praying for her family and her children and she is in heaven looking down and watching over them. this is what happens when people slip though the cracks of the system. Her name and familymembers and the children are on prayer group all over the country now i made sure of this may peace be with you.

We moderate comments so sometimes it takes a while for them to show up (especially on weekends.) However, I have deleted two or three of your comments where it appeared that you were posting under separate names using the same computer.

I would like to once again say that this is a privately owned website and commenting is a privilege. I do not like the way the conversation has devolved and am very close to closing comments on this post.

If you want to fight with each other over the internet, post your email addresses and have at it — in private.

Back to the topic at hand. Someone asked the status of the court case. I’ve got calls into the court clerk for the room Mr. McClain’s prelim was assigned. We’ll know the results late Monday. Most likely, the judge found enough evidence to bind the case over to District Court where Mr. McClain will then begin the process of heading to trial. That said, a quick search shows that Mr. McClain is still out on bail.

More to come on Monday. Keep it civil.

I want to apologize to everyone here for what has been going on, also please know that will be my last response on anything said towards or about myself you are all right this is a site for allainna, but please understand that I have seen alot that allainna went through these past years as her freind it bothers me when people are never held acountable for their actions and that is alot of what allainna had to deal with, I am sorry though I love allainna and I miss her alot, I let my emotions get the best of me and it wont happen again! I am only responding to correct or shoot down lies made by certain parties. If you are not one of those parties, and know nothing of the facts being spoken upon, then leave it alone and write about what you want. It’s not that I want the site shut down. Also, about your comment about school drop-off, the two of you may have done this a couple of times, but you missed school a lot. Like I said, I worded across the street from the school, and being that Stoney and I lived at my mother’s house, I dropped him off most of the time. And you will also remember, the reason you stopped superving her visits with the kids, is because your boyfriend got mad that you were making him watch all of your kids, even the ones that were not his, to go watch someone elsse’s kids and he was mad you were all up in other people’s business instead of handling your own. Oh, you forgot to blog that, did you?

It appears to me that the real reason for this blog has been lost. This blog is for Allainna. It is not to clear up any “misrepresentations” or “slander”. If anything, I think that that is disrespectful to Allainna, and this blog should be soley reserved as a continuance of her memory and the joy she brought into people’s lives. I did not know her or anyone associated with this situation at all, so I will not speak on her as a person. However, I think that respect is a very important virtue to possess and that it should be upheld on this blog. My comment is not to disrespect anyone, any facts, opinions, or anything. I simply would like to bring this blog back to its original intention, and that is to celebrate her legacy. So, let’s respect that. If anyone does not like what is being said, just don’t come to read it. As I previously stated, this blog is for Allainna and not for anyone else to make it about themselves or anything other than this young woman. As for the people that Tiffany’s comments are directed to, just remember..

Allainna was a very important person to everyone on here, whether they knew her for 10 minutes or ten years whatever ANYONE took from meeting this wonderful, beautiful women is not to be at the judgment of someone else!
TO TIFFANY & OTHERS who are begening to use this site as some kind of bickering-fest! This site was meant for information on the case but more importantly to celebrate what Allainna meant to anyone and everyone who felt like saying something NICE about ALLAINNA so for that TIFFANY you are correct, but it is easy to understand when something happens that others do not understand fingers begin to point and words are thrown around true or not true! HOWEVER let it be said I DO NOT know TIFFANY that you dropped off GENO to daycare because ALLAINNA called me in the morning as she drove him to class and as far as your mother RAISING GENO and GENAE I would not confuse raising for INTERFERING with a mothers right. I understand that this must be very hard for you right now you and your family are torn by the love you felt for allainna and the blame that people are putting on yours, everyone just remeber that this is a site for remebering the wonderful person she was and the wonderful times ALL of us had with her, not the tragedy not the blame JUST good times!

Tiffany- you shouldn’t judge others about spelling, when in fact on blog # 38, you mispelled should, you put sould. On blog # 57, you mispelled Ridiculous, you put rediculous—- I just wanted to point that out, because I felt that comment was uncalled for about Ms. R., that is very petty of you, in my opinion.

#38. Firstly, Ms. R, learn how to spell before you blog. Secondly, stop your lying. I, his aunt, dropped off and picked up Stoney from school, being that I worked across the street.
Sherry, whoever you are, you should be careful of what you write. You are walking a fine line of slander. In fact,anyone blogging, sould give their opinions, not misrepresent facts and fabricate memories.
