Holly Madison hosted “HollyWeen” at Studio 54 nightclub at MGM Grand, donning a gorgeous Queen of Hearts costume. She walked the red carpet and told reporters that she chose her outfit in hopes of having a Vegas-inspired ensemble.

Tabú Ultra Lounge at MGM Grand welcomed 90210’s AnnaLynne McCord as she hosted her little sister Rachel’s 21st birthday with a night of haunted seduction. The young starlet arrived at the Las Vegas hot spot with both her sisters Angel and Rachel McCord. AnnaLynne choose to dress up as a seductive catwoman.

Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene of Twilight celebrated at TAO in the Venetian.  They are used to being dressed as Vampires for the new movie, “New Moon,” which comes out on November 20th, but for Halloween they dressed up a little different.

Sam Trammell and Rutina Wesley (who is a Las Vegas native) from True Blood partied at LAVO.   The four actors posed together for a group shot!

David Hasselhoff and Ice T took in performances of PEEPSHOW. Each of them took pictures with the cast, which includes Holly Madison. David Hasselhoff attended the 10:30 p.m. performance of PEEPSHOW on Friday night and Ice T took in the 9:00 p.m. performance Sunday.

Former “Girls Next Door” Playboy Playmate, Holly Madison, debuted Thursday night in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino’s PEEPSHOW.   Madison is now playing the role that Kelly Monaco used to play.  The seductive adult show featured Mel B too, but she also left last week.  She is now being replaced by Shoshana Bean.  Here are pictures of opening night!

Mel B says farewell to Las Vegas!  The former Spice Girl is leaving the Planet Hollywood’s Peepshow.  The seductive adult show will continue.  Actress & Singer Shoshana Bean will take over Mel B’s spot.  Playboy Playmate, Holly Madison will take over the role that Dancing with the Starts, Kelly Monaco filled.  Mel enjoyed a farewell party at Tabu Ultralounge at MGM on Friday night and relaxed at the Wet Republic pool on Saturday with her husband and Monaco.
