Former “Jersey Boy,” Erich Bergen has landed at Television gig. According to his facebook page, twitter, and blogger Steve Friess, Bergen will join the cast of Gossip Girl. He will shoot three episodes. One of them alongside Hillary Duff and Lady Gaga.

Shooting began Friday, October 9th. Bergen portrayed Jersey Boy Bob Gaudio for years on tour and in Las Vegas. He was suddenly let go in September. He also co-produced a special Michael Jackson tribute concert in August that raised about $100,000 for the Clark County Public School Music Program.

The 63^rd Annual Tony Awards are on Sunday, June 7th on KLAS-TV Channel 8 and one of Las Vegas’ own JERSEY BOYS will peform during the LIVE show.

In addition to numbers by each of the Tony-nominated Best Musicals and Best Musical Revivals, it was announced that JERSEY BOYS will perform as part of a special feature on touring productions.  

With three national companies to select from – Chicago, Las Vegas and the tour – Las Vegas’ own Rick Faugno, who currently stars as Frankie Valli, will be one of the featured entertainers during this special performance.  JERSEY BOYS received the 2006 Tony Award for Best Musical and this appearance will celebrate the success the show has enjoyed throughout the country.

The Tony Awards will be broadcast live in HD, from Radio City Music Hall on CBS, Sunday, June 7^th, 8:00 – 11:00 p.m. (ET/PT time delay).

Jennifer Love Hewitt & Jamie Kennedy with Jersey Boys

“Ghost Whisperer” star, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Jamie Kennedy stopped by the Palazzo this week to see the show, JERSEY BOYS.  After the show they went backstage to meet the cast.

The Jersey Boys have had a successful year at the Palazzo Hotel!  The production celebrated on Sunday, May 10th, with a special Anniversary performance.  The cast and crew brought a cake out on stage and posed for pictures after they received a standing ovation from the crowd!
