Las Vegas Casino Suing ‘Girls Gone Wild’ Founder

According to the AP, “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis is being sued by a Las Vegas Strip casino seeking repayment for $2 million in gambling debts. Wynn Las Vegas spokeswoman Jennifer Dunne says the casino wouldn’t have sued Francis unless all other options were exhausted.

The resort says in a lawsuit filed Friday in Las Vegas that it loaned Francis $2.8 million in February 2007, but was only repaid $800,000. The casino seeks the remainder of the debt plus costs for trying to get the money back.

Francis did not immediately return a call on Tuesday seeking comment from The Associated Press.
