Blue Man Group Sued by Audience Member
According to the entertainment website, TMZ, James Srodon has sued the Las Vegas-based show, saying he was “forcibly restrained” in his seat while the Blue Men shoved an “esophagus cam” into his mouth. Srodon claims to now suffer from nightmares and is seeking $50,000 in damages.

I saw this happen on Saturday the 7P.M show I was there. I was so gross to see. I thought it was pretaped and fake.

That guy is ridiculous! I’ve seen the show 3 times and love it love it love it. I hope they don’t go changing it cus some moron is trying to make a fast few bucks! Everyone is a flippin’ victim these days.
The justice system makes it too easy for losers like that to file lawsuits. *Blah*

I have seen Blueman 5 times. That did not hurt that guy since it happened to me. Seems like another one of those people trying to cry and get something for nothing.

I have seen the show and I love the show… that individual is just looking to obtain a couple of dollars that he doesn’t deserve. That’s the problem with the economy being the way that it is… forcing people to create a terrifying situation out of thin air. He’s crazy and I agree he definitely needs to grow up.

Why did this man even care to volunteer to go up on stage in the first place. People these days just want to sue for no god dam reason. Just to get a little publistity. Too many crooks out there in the world anyway. Nightmares right. It sounds like this person is a nightmare.
