Two robbery suspects are behind bars after allegedly trying to impersonate police officers to get inside a home.

The crime happened at 5 a.m. on Sunday in a home near Decatur and Washington. Police say the suspects, Thomas Guerrero and David Smith, were armed and kicked in the front door and identified themselves as Metro police.

SWAT was called to the scene and both men were arrested.
