Feel sorry for the elderly. Albertsons has increased prices so much in a week its a joke. People need to boycott them. Smiths prices are still ok. example: Milk 2 gallons for $5.00 @ Smiths Coffee (maxwell house) 13.69 @ Albertsons 7.99 @ Smiths Is Albertsons crazy. The news should do a comparison shopping trip. My friends and I are all watching prices for each other and if we see a sale we let each other know. Got to bargain shop now. And I have witness that a lot of non English speaking personel have driven expensive cars and own very nice homes working at the best resort in town. I myself have been in this country for 35 years living from day to day. Although I had the training and experience with the position I am looking for, but the market are overwhemed with illegals. And for Mr Austin Schmidt have to be in that sitatuation my heart breaks. I got laid off a few months ago as well as many Amercians did. I can tell you were the blame if for food. It's the Big wigs up top. They are telling the stores to cut hours cut hours. Give the employees 20 hours a week. You have to make labor. Write people up for overtime. They raise the price of food so high and don't pay their workers a good wage and we're union. How much do these big wigs get paid why don't they take a pay cut. Here's a thought if you lower the prices more people will shop and more product will get sold. As you can tell I work for a grocery store i place most of the blame on the big shots. The rest of the blame I lay is on some people that i would not call customers they are shoplifters. Stealing cart full of beer, diapers, seafood, lobster tails or an entire cart full of liquid Tide and the do this week after week. Its not democrats,or republican,its the fats cats getting richer,and all of us paying! To hear the big oil companies tell us its not there fault for the high prices,what a slap in the face! We have no in between, we have poor - on public assistance - and we have rich, and the government telling us this is not gouging - hah! So all the gas prices all across the United States just go up at the same time? Whatever, I pray everyday that the American people realize we need to love one another, be kind to one another because we are all we have to depend on - the government is apparrently trying desparately to destroy us.
