This will be interesting to see. The best part will be to watch them develop a jury pool that can completely disregard all previous cases and history and focus completely on this incident looking solely at whether his actions meet the elements of the statute beyond a reasonable doubt.

IF, OJ did the robbery… Then, does he have moneys in his accounts or flat broke ? IF OJ have lots of moneys, then, why rob the casino for ? what make OJ come to Las Vegas ? Was it on purposed to take revenged ? We (the people)have no idea what goes through his mind ? God know whatever OJ is guilty or innocent until proven guilty in court law. Bad crooked people have NO business rights for robbing in any places!!!

I think that OJ believes he is above the law. Next time he should call the cops to recover his stuff. Could all this be to steal the spotlight regarding the book (if I did it) that was published and released around the same time? Too many coincidences. I hope Metro does their job (unlike LA) and nails him. At least he will be in jail. A backwards way to get justice for Nicole and Ron, but we will take what we can get. Karma IS a wonderful thing!

Sleaze bag of sleaze bags: The ex con that started this, and pumped OJ up knowing that he would do something stupid, and wore a wire so he could sell the audio to a sleaze network website. They should throw all of the thugs in jail along with their pal OJ, more air for the rest of us to breath. Especially the sleaze that stole the stuff to begin with. Don’t you just enjoy the way OJ’s pals are singing like canary’s to the prosecution, talk about fair weather friends. Britany Spears and Tommmy “Pacman” Jones need to send OJ a carton of cigarettes, got the heat off their butt. Pacman in town today for police interview and was barely mentioned, otherwise he would have had cameras all over his sleaze butt.

Maybe the mob who runs this town set this up like they did the payback murder hit of Nicole for making OJ get out of an 800 # gambling ring with them. I dare you to print this and the Wasz Fax and ask why they don’t go after the crooks who stole his stuff to begin with, but I bet the Tribune will. What, Vegas can’t get real gangsters anymore since it’s a “family” resort now, so they have to say OJ’s one for getting his own stuff?

OJ haters, back up a little. The law is about justice
not revenge. Everyone is entitled to a fair trial, whether he is poor man or a hated celebrity.
It seems unfair that the guy who wielded the gun had made a deal with the prosecution and will be used with the othes “to get” OJ. They will most likely get light sentences.
If anyone in the prosecution team read this, remember why you went to law school. To bring about justice and fairness to the legal system. Not to “nail OJ” at all cost, so that you can become famous or write a book after that.

I find it very hard to believe that even in society today, There are people who still want to hurt someone because of a hunch. This means that because you feel he did do it long ago, so now it doesn’t matter if he did not do it this time. You have alot of everyone who was there, and saw everything; Yet they are getting off free just to hand over the smoking gun. REMEMBER Humans “OJ never physically had ANY type of WEAPON” (OJ is a HUMAN BEING ALSO)

Hey OJ, where is your dream team now!! My personal opinion, and that’s pretty much what this blog is about, personal opinions, is that his time is soon running out. Sometimes it is referred to as “Karma”.
Having said that, I must say that the Judge in this case, has NO control of these court proceedings and in fact has exhibited some strange behaviors. Notice that she is unable to make decisions, specifically with regard to objections. She appears to go into a High Speed Wobble every time arguments occur. She is unable to form a sentence or find the appropriate terminology. Notice that during those type of moments she will either raise her voice in complete frustration or call a sidebar so as to avoid additional embarassment in front of the camera.
This is exactly what the defense is counting on for thier appeals and they are playing that card.

I can only say that Mr. O.J. Simpson should have used a Heavy Weight Boxer’s defense; he must have been hit in the head one too many times to think that taking the Law into your own Hands is the proper way of handling illegalities. He deserves what he gets for being just plain stupid. Though Life in prison would be extreme. Can any one say KARMA….

Yes! Karmic retribution, I probably read 5 books on the Nicole, Goldman thing, and numerous articles, without a doubt, this man is guilty. Perhaps we can “escape” the mundane law, But the law of the universe is Cause and Effect, (which is karma) simply stated. None of us is immune. Oj’s basic life tendency, his arrogance and animality, caught up with him. Perhaps now, these families can be at peace, and we all learn from this, that we really do, reap as we sow. Incidentally, I am Buddhist, but, we all know, Christians and other religions, that the Golden rule, is very much personified by examples such as this.
